Nisha's mother is Mrs. Veena Shankar, who is a dear friend of Parvathi Rao, and her father, Mr. Bharath Shankar is a famous and influential politician.
Nisha grew up in Holeyuva Betta and studied in the same school as Adhira Rao. They used to be classmates and as kids, they were cordial with each other. When Adhira returns to Holeyuva Betta after a long time, they reconnect and become good friends.
